HOW TO BUY

      You can find a car for you stepping into the following procedures selecting either A or B.

A. View our STOCK which is updated everyday.   

     Go back to Home and do a search.  Please send the item# with your contact information 　 

     by e-mail to us.  We will send you further details of the car by return.  When you decide  

     to purchase, you are requested to leave us a deposit to reserve the car.  The deposit must

     be at least 10% of the car amount. Our bank account details are THIS.

     On our receipt of the deposit, “RESERVED” mark is to be stamped on the car list and

     you can check your confirm of the reservation.

    Then Proforma Invoice is to be issued by us on which you will see the outstanding balance  

     you owe us. The remaining amount is to be paid within 15 days from the date of the  

     Proforma Invoice.  On your payment is completely made, we start to make arrangement

     for the shipment.

B. Searching a car from “USS”(AUCTION)

     USS is a mammoth group of used car auction hall, encompassing all major cities in Japan.   

     If you still can not find the car in there, please furnish us with details of the car so that

     we  will locate one from other auctions we belong to.

    Buying from USS ( AUCTION)

    1.   How to visit to USS auction web site.

          To log into, please click Auction Service and follow their instructions, doing steps 1        

          through 4.    When you come to the page shown below, please click Detail.

         and you will see CONTACT on the bottom part of the next page,

         where you are requested to place the followings and e-mail us.  We will be back to you  

         within 10 hours with more details translated in English and enlarged photos.

    2. We translate the car descriptions on the auction sheet into English,

          free of charge.

         Car conditions should be as per descriptions on the auction sheet which are given by  

         inspectors with the auction house.  We translate what the auction sheet tells into  

         English for free. The details that the auction sheet tells may not always be perfect and  

         you may want more information or have any question about the car.  In that case, we  

         will have the inspector do further check-up individually and inform you what they  

         detail.  It costs JP2,000 per car.

    3. Bid pricing

        We will advice you of the expected bid price if requested.  However, please be aware

        that we are not responsible to you for the correctness of our estimate. 

     4. Making a bid

         In order to take part in auctions, you are requested to deposit money, of which  details  

         are shown below: << 6. Deposit >>.  On our receipt of the deposit and when you decide  

         to bid, we will make a bid on  the car on behalf of you, up to your limit price.

     5. Shipping arrangement

    <<Deposit>>

                    In order to take part in auctions, you are requested to deposit money into

                    OUR BANK ACCOUNT only by Telegraphic Transfer one day before the  

                    auction date. The funds have to reach

                    our account   by the previous day of the auction.

                    The minimum deposit is according to the list below.

                  Deposit is refundable by T/T in a month in each case when,* your bid was not                     successful or we, Japan Rokukawa do not bid due to any reason of which  

                    particulars are mentioned below captioned “ We do NOT BID when”.

                    Please note that bank charges for the refund are to your account.

     <<Claim>>

                   Any claim is not accepted as Japan Rokukawa act as just go-between.  Practically

                   the bidder is YOU.  When you feel slightly uneasy about the car you are going to

                   bid on, e.g. “Is the engine in order?  How dose the inside look?  How bad the rust

                   underneath?” It is highly recommended to have the parts that concern you

                   double-checked by the auction inspector individually before bidding. It costs

                   JPY2,000 per car.

    <<Our fees>>

                    Our fees vary according to the targeted price for the car you try to bid on.

                   You will see the expected our fees and FOB price putting your targeted price

                   on the price calculate list according to the price category. Please click this.

                   Our fee includes the following which are all born in Japan

                  *Auction fee

                  *Inland Transportation fee → Basic Domestic Freight (not applicable to buying

                                                                   from auction houses of which location is far from

                                                                   shipping ports. In that case, we will give you prior

                                                                 notice.  Additional fee can be charged in some cases.)

                  *Their Handling charges at Customs

                  *Other small charges

                  *Our commission

                  Successful bid price and our fees basically makes F.O.B. Japan. 

                  Please be aware that any fees for Inspection for Export like the one with JAAI  

                  are not included in the F.O.B. mentioned above.  In case that Export Inspection is

                  required, the inspection charge is additionally incurred aside from F.O.B.    

                  price.             

    <<We do NOT BID when,>>

                 a. Deposit does not come into our bank account at least one day before the auction

                     date.

                 b. The auction itself has been canceled.

                 c.  Any correction concerning the car has been issued and the correction content is

                     expected to work against what you are after., e.g. correction of kilometers,

                     condition degraded, correction of Year of First registration,    revealing Odo-

                     meter turned back.etc. 

                d. Unexpected computer system failure occurs and that makes us impossible to

                    access to the auction site.

    10. When your bid successful,

           Announcement of the auction results is instantly made after bidding and the

           Proforma Invoice will be sent to you by e-mail on which you confirm at how much you

           have bought the car and how much you owe us as balance.  The remaining amount is

           to be paid within 72 hours from the auction date.  In default of the payment during

           the periods of time, your order will be cancelled.  In that case, the deposit will not be

           refunded.   

     11. Learning Freight to your destination

           To learn approximately how much the ocean freight would be from Japan port to your

    12. Providing your contact details for billing & shipping

          After completing the required form, click <ORDER>. That produces Proforma Invoice

           for your payment.
